NEVER AGAIN!

My husband and I lived here for a-little over a year. We’re military so we ended up PCSing. Well, we gave our orders to the front office 30 days before we needed out of the lease (which was in the lease). So we were only entitled to pay 9 days of rent for the month of December. We’ve gotten settled into our new home and have been trying to get used to the change when we get a letter saying we now owe almost $900 in fees and carpet replacement costing almost $700 for one bedroom and one closet. ...

Amanda at the front, stated the carpet was “damaged” but would not send me proof or the letter showing what was damaged and exactly how much it cost. She threatened that if we did not pay that it would go towards our credit and basically ruin it. This is what we are still having to deal with after living there for not even 2 years. They will try anything to take more money from their tenants! DO NOT LIVE HERE!

The apartments are newer and nice inside,they have a nice pool and gym, and the management and office staff are all friendly. The managers keep the apartments clean even when some people are dirty. This complex is very pet friendly and provide doggy bags.
