Horrible place to live

You will have people outside screaming and yelling non stop there’s is this one lady who stays outside all day like she is homeless trying to start feeling fights with people breaking into people’s cars and yo will be harassed by a certain group of people every time you walk outside very dangerous and don’t try to complain about because the office does not care and will ignore anything you complain about also the apartments are full of mold and broken stuff and maintenance could care less and ...
certain people get away with stuff that others can’t You will be confronted by them if you get in there way also the rent is way too high for what you get no dishwasher included don’t move out here at all cost there is better options available and if you complain about something too much they will threaten to evict you and your parking spot will always get taken by someone else if you’re not in it

The maintenance men around here are extremely lazy and selfish. They will park all of their vehicles including the company truck in guest spots for days at a time leaving you or your guests to have to park out of sight from your home. I know neighbors of mine that have called for things to be fixed and they won’t respond to a call for 2-3 days. Otherwise the townhomes themselves are nice, and in good location. As long as you’re willing to maintenance your own home to avoid being let down by turn ...

I have lived here 34 years in a 3 bedroom townhouse. I wanted a house but could never afford one. where can you live where gas(gas heat),water and sewage, basic cable are included in rent! if a refrigerator or gas stove goes out they replace it at no charge. The management is great. Maintenance is fast and take care of any problems quickly. there are restaurants fast food grocery stores medical offices gyms a hospital all within 1/2 mile radius
