About Virginia Laundry Lofts
Originally the Virginia Laundry Company (circa 1915), this historic building was made to last using nothing but solid masonry and concrete. Beginning in the summer of 2018, the building was transformed into 23 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom apartments. The apartments feature stained cherry cabinets, quartz countertops, exposed interior brick walls, concrete ceilings, giant steel windows, exposed spiral ductwork, stained concrete floors, white oak hardwood floors and include a washer and dryer in every unit.
