Poor management practices

I lived at this apartment complex for over 14 months, and my experience was deeply disappointing. The assistant property manager was unprofessional, fake, and dismissive, showing no genuine care for the residents. Despite contacting management about minor carpet damage caused by three small bleach spots near the washer and dryer, they refused to repair it and instead charged me for a full carpet replacement. resolve it reasonably.
The apartments are overrated and overpriced. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors’ conversations clearly, especially at night, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. Package theft from the mailroom was a recurring issue, and management showed little to no concern for addressing or preventing it.
I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive living environment. Don’t be carried away by the comments of those that moved in a week or so. The lack of accountability, poor management practices, and subpar living conditions made my time here far from enjoyable.
