Disappointing Experience
February 13, 2024As a long-term resident of Visconti at Westshore, I can no longer stay silent about the disappointing management practices that have plagued this community for far too long. Having resided here for 3 years, I've witnessed a steady decline in both the quality of service and resident care. My dissatisfaction stems from several key issues, the most egregious being the exorbitant late fees imposed for minor infractions. Despite being a responsible tenant, I was slapped with a staggering $250 fine ...for a mere few hours delay in rent payment—a punishment that far outweighs the offense. Furthermore, the recent change in management 1.5 years ago has only exacerbated the problems. The inefficiency and lack of communication have become glaringly evident. Simple tasks, such as lease signing, drag on for weeks, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience for residents. One of the most infuriating aspects is their failure to provide timely lease renewal options. Instead of reaching out in advance to discuss termination or extension, residents are blindsided with last-minute notices, accompanied by threats of hefty penalties for non-compliance. Sadly, my experience is not unique. Countless fellow residents share similar frustrations and grievances, highlighting systemic issues that have yet to be addressed. In conclusion, I urge prospective tenants to think twice before considering Visconti as their future home. The disregard for tenant well-being and the blatant disregard for fair and transparent policies make this community a regrettable choice.Property Manager Responded

Love living here
June 9, 2023We have lived here around three years and we love it. The property is beautiful and well kept. Additionally, the maintenance staff is great! Willie and Hector are always friendly and ready to help. When we have a maintenance request, they consistently ask if there is anything else we need done while they’re in the apartment. Not Worth it.
May 30, 2023Leasing office does not actually care if you have an issue. Reached out to them multiple times throughout my lease regarding various issues but did not receive responses. They will deliberately avoid you and when had gone into the office would receive varying answers to my questions. Office personnel did not seem to know basic information and often spent time "hanging out" and talking with one another rather than speaking with residents. Ignored my emails for over two weeks until I called them ...directly asking for a response to my email. Do not actually care for their residents. You can and should definitely find another apartment in the same area with staff who actually care for their customers and residents.Property Manager Responded

Visconti at Westshore
July 13, 2021The front office and maintenance staff are very good at responding appropriately to any request. For example, my air conditioner would not cool below 76 degrees on a hot night. At 8 pm on a Wednesday, I contacted maintenance. A friendly maintenance employee arrived within 15 minutes and the A/C was blowing cold air by 9 pm. Fantastic service!!!!!Review from Apartments.com

Good Property and Helpful Staff
June 25, 2021My daughter has recently graduated college and took a job in the Tampa area, so we had to come from the Atlanta area and look for apartments. We found her perfect apartment at Visconti; it looks to be a good area and close to her office. The entire staff (Erin and Karen) have been the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful people that we could ask for, they have made the anxiety of moving our daughter away from home easier and they have bent over backwards to assist us in leasing, taking ...possession, and starting utilities, etc. The grounds and parking area look to be maintained ion a Class A manner and I would recommend this complex whole heartedly.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Property, Great People!!
May 22, 2021Ive been living at The Visconti for a 5 years and love it! The building is gorgeous and in a perfect location. It is right next to Raymond James Stadium, and International Mall. 5 minutes from Downtown and International Airport. The ladies in the leasing office are very nice and accommodating if you have any questions they will be there for you. The property is beautiful the amenities are nice, two pools a hot tub lounge chairs, tables , bbq, and a nice gym. The main office has a coffee machine, ...pool table, couches, computers and printers for residents. I love the fact that residents and guests are able to park in a gated parking garage to keep our cars safe and out of the sun. Its a quiet peaceful and very respectful community. Its also very safe with a security guard watching over the property at night for peace of mind. Also shout out to maintenance if you ever have any issues its easily scheduled online or by phone and there response time is great! Overall I would rate Visconti 10 out of 10! February 17, 2021If you are looking for a quiet place to live stay FAR away from this place. The complex is riddled with loud immature college kids. They are loud all hours on balconies and in pool areas with no respect for quiet hours or other residents. This is not a college dorm/campus but they make it as you are living in one.
