Love downtown Living
December 18, 2024Muy husband and I moved into the apartment July 2024. We love it. The apartment is bright and laid out perfectly for us. The management staff is very helpful and friendly. the whole building is very quiet. Trash shoots on each floor make it very convenient without having to pay for valet trash collection as we found with some apartment. It is a very easy walk to the riverwalk, Ross's Landing and several restaurants. The pool is very nice, and we love having the pool and outside areas ...surrounded by the building and not out in the open for everyone driving by. Our only complaint is the lack of inside secure bike storage. The common inside area is within the office, so any event or gathering is available only during office hours. The work out room is small but is clean and we never find it too busy. We love it here and plan to stay for a while!Property Manager Responded

Wonderful Downtown Apartments!
September 13, 2023My husband and I moved into the Vista Cameron Harbor apartment complex in May, and we absolutely love it! Carolyn Townsend is extremely kind and helpful! The gym and pool are very nice, and I often use the office lounge to get work done and sip on coffee/tea. Cannot recommend this apartment complex more!!!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful but very rude representative
December 2, 2019The river view is a definite luxury. The river walk and a small park is right next to the two buildings and the neighbors are very friendly. Everything is quite lovely- very modern and the tall ceilings make everything ginormous. My only problem is Jennifer. The other ladies at the office are very kind but Jennifer herself can be quite catty to the residents. You would think you would want to live somewhere where the office staff would make you feel like home.Review from Apartments.com
