POOL, LANDSCAPED, GATED COMMUNITY @ AN AFFORDABLE PRICE

Small, quiet, gated community with luscious landscaping and community pool. I am currently renting a 2 bed/1.5 upper unit. Property is clean and decently maintained. Turnover can tend to be a bit high in certain units. 1 assigned parking space and I have never had an issue finding another spot. Paid laundry, very clean laundry room, hard to snag an available unit sometimes. Overall, I can see my family staying here for a few years!
