Lived in the complex for two years and pai way too high of rent for inconvenient parking and delay on work maintenance orders. I lived here because if he convenience to the ASU campus and safety. Another upsides: food and convenient wal-mart right on the edge of complex pool and workout area

Dirty & Unhelpful

Vista del sol is only good if you want to pay way more than you should for a dirty, gross apartment. When you walk in your kitchen and in your bathroom, your feet turn black regardless of how much you try and scrub the floor clean. Any questions for staff? Forget about it. They don't know anything. The hallways are gross and dirty. And if you have any complaints about your neighbors or upstairs people they won't do anything until you complain 3 times in separate occasions. Horrible place to live. ...
Don't do it future ASU kids.
