(Chula Vista residents may use the water park for $12 a visit) Great neighborhood to walk or bike to water and and local parks. One bedroom one bathroom apartment available in the gated apartment community of Vista Hermosa Apartments. Property is well located within close walking distance to stores, shops, the bay, parks and trolley. Tranquil complex in a park-like setting with lots of trees, outdoor areas , bbq's, benches and a pool. Entire complex is gated, including the parking lot. There are two on-site laundry rooms. Electric, gas, water and trash are included in the rent. Renters must make three times rent total which amounts to $5385 per month income for the entire household. Leases are month to month. We are a non-smoking property and do not allow pets. $1345 security deposit. Open House Hours: Monday-Friday 10am to 4 pm. Come during those days and times to see available units.
