I live at the Warren Properties and would never rent from them or let family or friends move there without stern warning that the property gaslights and denies serious health and safety risks and harasses tenants who expect lawful ethics and health code violation corrections. My air con started on fire first 2 weeks with flooding from bathroom ceiling many times and Warren sent a law firm to tell me I “misunderstood” because “everything is habitable,” but threatened my ADA service dog and ...

privacy saying “we will enter anytime for any reason without warning” which is illegal retaliation and discrimination on top of mold water damage they covered up instead of fixing, knowing I was almost hospitalized for respiratory illness which water damage causes. You were warned. They urged me to sign a contract that I wouldn’t hold them liable or disparage them if I “wanted out.”

Everything seemed to be fine during my arrival, when they mentioned that small insects could come out I didn't worry, because they said that fumigations were done. However, over time my recommendation is DO NOT RENT HERE, small cockroaches constantly come out anywhere possible, kitchen, living room, bathroom, cabinets EVERYWHERE. It was a nightmare to enter because you knew they could leave from anywhere. In addition, they always cut off the water for maintenance, you showered and the water was ...

boiling or sometimes very cold. You couldn't regulate it. They did maintenance and always left a mess or did not finish in the established time and entered whenever they wanted without consulting. The receptionists were friendly but this place was terrible.

I really didn’t know what kind of apartment I was looking for when I started my search to move from New York to Texas. I had called several places before I knew I was supposed to make my new home at Vista Sol Apartments. I had called other communities in El Paso and no one really wanted to work with me. Moving from New York to Texas was already daunting so when I finally spoke to Lauryssa, I knew I found my new home. I must have called Lauryssa many, many times and not once did she change the ...

temperature of her personality. She was always kind, thoughtful and helpful to my situation. She answered all my questions as honestly as possible and stayed in touch with me until I was able to move. I rented my apartment sight unseen and Lauryssa sent me photos. Once I arrived, I met Diana, I was doubly blessed with having both these ladies in charge of this property. They are on top of it. Also, the maintenance staff is the best! They give 100% to the residents when issues arise. I enjoy that all the utilities except the internet are included in the rent. I enjoy that I have a gym that I haven’t used on the property. I enjoy that there is a swimming pool that gets serviced regularly that I haven’t been in on the property. I love my newly renovated apartment (my floors are gorg). Nothing is 100% guaranteed when searching for a place to live but when you have a management team that works hard to make this community that residents can enjoy and call home. I am so happy that I chose Vista Sol Apartments to call my new home. I am 100% sure that I made the right choice

I've been living here for more than 2 years, great staff and always responsive if service is needed, they try to keep the place and pool looking good. I just renew my 6-month lease and Lauryssa was very helpful and she answered all my questions. I highly recommend it.
