February 15, 2022Please Read I have lived here for about 7 months, and I had an awful experience. I have mold growing all over my bathroom, water leaks on my roof and through my pipes in the kitchen, and ant problems. Also, we have allocated water meaning that if you did not use a drop of water, like on vacation, you’d still have to pay a percentage of what others used. Water bills are very high here. Moreover, the maintenance team takes forever to help. The reviews were good years ago, so I suggest reading the ...most recent reviews on google or different sites. I absolutely love living here
July 8, 2020I absolutely love living here The staff is really nice, all the way from the office staff through the maintenance staff, they are always kind and willing to help. The grounds here are beautiful, with lots of grass and trees for the whole family to enjoy. With 2 pools, a playground, basketball tennis court, picnic tables and grills throughout the complex, the is always plenty to offer for everyone. The grounds are always immaculate and beautifully maintained. If I ever need anything done in my ...apartment, they always come fix it right away. September 15, 2016I have lived here many years. It is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors look out for each other. The maintenance staff are kind, respectful, and do an excellent job.
