Save yourself the misery and DO NOT rent here
October 7, 2023Worst experience ever . They try to charge thousands of dollars when you move out , for NOTHING , and when I got there, they didn’t fix ANYTHING that was wrong with the apartment when I first got there like the scratches in the floor nails in the wall, they don’t clean the stairways they DONT care about the community because the recycling and the regular trash is all mixed together in the dumpsters, most of the trash sits on the ground outside of the dumpsters . They don’t clean the gym, it’s not ...sanitary . My mail always used to get stolen out the mail room and I never got any notification when it arrives. My car was in GUEST PARKING EVEN WITH A PARKING STICKER AND STILL GOT TOWED AND HAD TO PAY. And then when I went to tell them they didn’t even know about the parking sticker THEY GAVE ME. Not a safe environment somebody died there and 3 cars got ran into right outside my apartments .Property Manager Responded

Excellent Apartment Complex
March 12, 2023I've been living in this complex for a few months now. I love my apartment and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. My neighbors are friendly and I feel safe in this community. My apartment is wonderful and feels like home. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for apartments. Great, affordable pricing compared to other apartment communities. Inflation!!!
March 8, 2023Vistas @ Eastwood is a great stay place, slightly more affordable than most other places I’ve seen. Kristen, Management and office staff has been very helpful, supportive and patient. They have provided away to assist Residents in this time of inflation, Flex a great program.I had a situation regarding Flex and Kristen was very helpful and attentive responding to ALL my emails and phone calls regarding the kinks. The Vistas @ Eastwood Staff has shown genuine concern regarding their Residents to ...offer Flex during this time of inflation. Also let’s not forget the layout of the units are just beautiful and the out side maintenance is always well kept. Thanks LadiesProperty Manager Responded
