Lived here for 3.5 years. Was told that there are 2 pools on location. Turns out, there is only one pool, the other was in complete disarray and had frogs and other things living in it. The apartment was good sized, but always had problems with the air conditioner dying. Died every summer like clockwork and took about a week and a half to get it fixed. I lived here for a year and half and it was nothing but terrible. Police constantly going to me neighbors, thinking they don’t screen people correctly. Hopefully you don’t have an immediate maintenance problem because they will not get to it until it is convenient for them. Maybe a day, maybe a month. Never really know. Management doesn’t help with any issues you may have whether it be something with the unit or neighbors. The trash constantly fills up and just sits all over the ground around the ...

I’ve been living in these apartments for almost a year now. I’ve loved it! We’ve really had no problems- the community feels very safe, it’s quiet, and I don’t hear traffic or sirens that come from the busy road. Our neighbors are quiet and we typically don’t hear them. We really enjoy the apartment and the layout. I feel like we get a lot of space for our rent. On my second year here and have had nothing but problems. Apartments are old and falling apart. Window panes have constant moisture, cabinet doors are falling apart, they wouldn't replace carpet when we moved in even though there are stains everywhere, mice coming out from a hole in the wall. 86° outside and air conditioner stops working; we are told it's not a maintenance emergency. I have lived in these apartments for almost 2 years and feel like it's a nice, quiet, safe place to be. The price is decent for the area and I enjoy the layout of my apartment. They just added a gym and have been making other improvements around the property over the past year I've been here. Overall, it's been a great living experience and the office management is nice and typically always available to help!
