afford to have 1 fan, and was boiling hot even at night. I could barely sleep it was so hot. On top of that, there has been a roach problem since I moved in. I have had to store all of my food in sealed containers, and see them crawling everywhere. They have come in and exterminated twice in the 6+ months I've lived here, and there's been some improvement. When I moved in there was a small plant growing through my wall which I plucked out, and I have recently found another one. But one of the worst parts is that when I moved in to the unit, nothing was cleaned but the carpet. There is caked on dirt and dead bugs between the stove, fridge, and sink (on both sides), the oven looked like it had never been cleaned, the toilet and tub were both filthy, and I had to spend hours scrubbing the place down to get everything clean. The only good thing I can say is it's a reasonable price and close to UC.
