Mold, bears, landlords who don’t care

This place has interesting history and design but it was worse place I ever lived. Mold painted over, no central ac or heat. Walls were extremely thin. They also had family of bears living in the basement. The manager was also very uncooperative in keeping the space quiet and would do full on demos for months while charging full rent.
