Office is unresponsive or very slow. When ever we had a question we would have to call/email multiple times. They do not return calls and are rarely responsive. Therefor it took several weeks to receive an answer prior to signing. The only reason we are staying is we can not move our old dog as it would be too confusing for her.

Stove burner I requested the same stove burner to be fixed three times and still doesn't work properly. The knob was re installed but the burner stops working when I place a pan on top

I strongly advise against renting at VUE ISSAQUAH. Despite having permission to park, my van was towed without any prior notice, causing me significant inconvenience and expense. The management’s lack of clear communication and enforcement of parking rules is unacceptable. Additionally, the overall maintenance and responsiveness of the staff leave much to be desired. Residents should not have to worry about their vehicles being towed unexpectedly or dealing with unresponsive management. Save ...

Got a new washer! Our dishwasher didn’t work upon move-in, so we put in a maintenance request. It took about a week for a maintenance team member to come out, but once he did, he ordered a new dishwasher and installed it a few days later! The team was friendly and efficient.
