Great location
May 25, 2022This apartment is perfectly located between Deep Ellum and Downtown Dallas. They keep the property clean and have a great interaction with us renters being they host events! I like host there are mixed ages so not too old not too young renters so I can get to know my neighbors and make friends!Property Manager Responded

Not great
August 12, 2021Vue Live Oak is overpriced for what you get. I lived there two years. The dishwasher is noisy. The windows are not efficient and you can hear voices outside at night. The water pressure is non-existent and the complex has controls on it. Invest in a good plunger because you will use it often. You will have mold on the air ducts. You must pay for trash valet that has spotty service. The stairwells are filthy. It is a smoke-free property. Love, love, LOVE!!!
January 2, 2019I’ve been in this community for many years and I absolutely love it! The location is extremely accessible to all major highways and it has the convenience of being less than 2 miles from downtown. The property itself is also very lovely. One of the things that first attracted me, were the palm trees and outdoor enclosed fireplace in one of the common areas. They’ve updated the apartments with beautiful hardwoods and granite countertops. The property is comparable to newer luxury apartments in the ...vicinity without the luxury price. They are priced quite fairly. I also adore the management staff. Although there haven’t been many, they’ve always handled any maintenance concern I’ve had very quickly. They consistently offer community happy hours and other events especially during the holidays. This year they hosted a free self-defense demonstration and chair massages. Johnny and Danni (Assistant Mgr and Mgr) are always very professional and as nice as can be!! I’m definitely not moving until I purchase my home.Property Manager Responded

Convenient
July 19, 2016I moved into a two bedroom and the lay out is perfect for me and my roommate. I like that I am so close to my work. I really love the gym with all the new equipment, so I can work out and not have to worry about a gym membership. Liking it so far.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced

Close but no cigar
August 25, 2015This apartment is in a great location--the neighborhood his a bit rough around the edges, but it's slowly being rebuilt. It's close to downtown and just minutes away from 35 and 75. We had a second floor corner apartment, 2/2. There are lots of windows so the unit got great light. The view of downtown from the property is wonderful. Some pet owners aren't considerate enough to clean up after their dogs and it sometimes takes a while for the small maintence crew to adequately keep the property ...up--which are minor issues. My biggest complaint would be the lack of transparency with the management staff, but the property itself is solid.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
