Largely unresponsive about maintenance
April 20, 2023I've had a maintenance issue for six months, and it remains unresolved. What has been done is several holes cut out of the drywall, exposing the negative space of the building. There are two parking gates. One is broken and locked up. The other is broken and locked down. The one that's locked down has been that way for four months. Elevators are out constantly. It feels like one isn't working in any given week. And they are spaced out, so if the one by you isn't working it's a hassle to use the ...other ones because the layout of the parking is such that nowhere is a straight shot to anywhere else. You end up using a different elevator, then circling halfway around the building and walking up or down a ramp or stairs to reach your car. When I moved in nine months ago I was told the clubhouse would have TVs for residents to use. But last I checked the TVs aren't hooked up to a feed of any kind. What can residents do with a TV that doesn't have anything on it?!Property Manager Responded

Expensive and lack of safety
March 23, 2023The elevators break consistently in the apartment as well as there have been many leaks, which flooded apartments. Also there is a lack of security presence. This is the most expensive complex in DTC but lacks the basic essentials to ensure the utmost safety for residents.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2023Vue West is an absolutely beautiful complex to live at! It is always so clean and well kept. The leasing staff is PHENONMENAL, which is hard to find nowadays. The office staff has been met with a plethora of challenges, including being asked to deliver high quality service and professionalism while dealing with obstacles that are outside their control, like construction progress for certain parts of the building. They take accountability for their errors and do their best to make up for things they can't do much about themselves. Their responsiveness goes a long way and so far they've been ...consistent about following through.
