Enjoy Living Here
May 26, 2025I thoroughly enjoy living here as it's a modern energy-efficient building with free (one spot) garage parking. My utility bills are always low compared to any other place I've lived. I've lived here since January 2022 and appreciate how Jillian (property manager) and her team stepped to improve how the buildling is run when Greystar left. Their building maintenance and service-oriented attitude give me confidence and peace of mind living here. Jillian does not have an ivory tower mentality, yet ...treats tenants with humility, kindness, and professionalism. She is transparent about things in a gentle way when communicating messages that are difficult to receive. Martin and his maintenance crew are also consistently polite and efficient.Property Manager Responded

Largely unresponsive about maintenance
April 20, 2023I've had a maintenance issue for six months, and it remains unresolved. What has been done is several holes cut out of the drywall, exposing the negative space of the building. There are two parking gates. One is broken and locked up. The other is broken and locked down. The one that's locked down has been that way for four months. Elevators are out constantly. It feels like one isn't working in any given week. And they are spaced out, so if the one by you isn't working it's a hassle to use the ...other ones because the layout of the parking is such that nowhere is a straight shot to anywhere else. You end up using a different elevator, then circling halfway around the building and walking up or down a ramp or stairs to reach your car. When I moved in nine months ago I was told the clubhouse would have TVs for residents to use. But last I checked the TVs aren't hooked up to a feed of any kind. What can residents do with a TV that doesn't have anything on it?!Property Manager Responded

Expensive and lack of safety
March 23, 2023The elevators break consistently in the apartment as well as there have been many leaks, which flooded apartments. Also there is a lack of security presence. This is the most expensive complex in DTC but lacks the basic essentials to ensure the utmost safety for residents.Property Manager Responded
