Horrible Management
September 26, 2018The property manager is very rude. In the time I spent here, I could never get a response via email nor could I get her on the phone. It is not kid friendly because there are no children living in this complex nor do they have a pool or a playground. She will only answer the phone 20% of the time and then once she sees you are calling she will finally respond to your email. I vacated early and left nothing behind nor was there any damage. I always paid early and still only got $10 back on my ...deposit. The corporate location really needs to find someone else because she is so rude. Rude
March 29, 2018Very quiet community that does not like kids. If you have no car and have to walk everywhere, they will judge you. If you dont have the money to dress nicely, they will judge you. My sister received a lease violation due to me when I was pet sitting for her. Aparently, they didnt like me smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone in the garage. They claimed she had "male visitors at night" and there was a lot of traffic. Her boyfriend and his kids were even mentioned.
