Not great
August 17, 2020As I lay here at almost midnight with just a few days left in 2nd year of tenure at Walnut Crossings I can hear the upstairs neighbor chase their young child around the apartment and yell at him/her. This makes me think of almost every night during my 2 years here when this has happened or the other neighbors dogs have woken me up in the middle of the night with their barking. Of its not them its someone having a visitor over and blasting music at 2am from the balcony or the parking lot. I've ...also had the pleasure of hearing our upstairs neighbor bang on the floor for hours on end while I try to work from home. The couple at the end of my hall who likes to chain awoke cigarettes and presumably grow their own weed is also a delight. Atleast they are quiet its just the smell and contact high to worry about. Having to park in an overflow parking spot instead of my assigned lot is also a big draw to the building since they don't care to enforce the permit rule. Anytime these issues have been brought up to management the answer is always swift but never followed up on. March 29, 2017We've been here 2 years, and we love it! Apartments are spacious, and a ton of storage! we came from a 3 bed house, and can store alot we brought. Maintenance is on top of any need (it's rare to have one), it's clean, neighbors are nice and quiet. As far as utilities go, my water is about $58 a month, and there's 2 of us (we do flush every time), and electric is around $130. I have no idea why that person's was so high. The grounds are very well kept, and if you see anything, call the office ...and it's taken care of. Pool is amazing in the summer! The best part is, you don't have to maintain it! short term lease. Close to turnpike.
February 17, 2017I want to start out by saying it is hard to find large apartments and short term leases. With that being said, look no further. Walnut crossings is the place to stay. I only got to stay for 6 months, but it felt like home. I caught the last month of the pool being open. It's a big heated pool. Enough said. The office people were very helpful with my short term lease. I can't rate maintenance, I didn't have any calls into maintenance. It's a very quiet place. Informative and Friendly tour
February 17, 2017My wife and I walked in for a tour and was very happy with the helpfulness of the staff. The girls pleasant and welcoming. The buildings were clean and looked very nice. utilities bills to high
April 22, 2016nice one bedroom apartment but utilities are extremely high. water bill for one month around one hundred dollars,at the risk of sounding gross that not flushing everytime,and the electric bill for December was around $500. rent should be around 500.00 to compensate for utilities.Review from Apartments.com
