Great First Apartment

I lived here for two years. I lived on the 10th floor so I personally had not problems with roaches nor mice. I LOVED my apartment. Beautiful views. Huge south facing windows. I never really heard my neighbors and there is a laundry room and trash room on every floor. They are missing amenities that other buildings in the same area provide, but it was too big of a deal for me. The BIGGEST problem is the sound installation. The building is on the same street as Voyeur and Woody's (two popular ...

nightclubs), so if you're apartment faces west or south, it. gets. LOUD! I mean INSANELY LOUD! Every night from about 11pm - 3:30am and until 6am on special holidays. Sleep was practically none existent for me, so if you are a light sleeper, you should look somewhere else, period. Trust, I tried everything. Other than that, I had a wonderful experience!!

First off, the location is perfect! Easy access to transportation, multiple food outlets and much more. You really get to experience Philadelphia for what it truly is. The apartments are nice. I lived in a studio that was newly redone. Maintenance was completed in a timely manner upon request and if there were building issues, then all tenants were notified accordingly. Overall, given the location and pricing, you're getting a great deal.
