Good deal; quiet complex.

In visiting friends for an extended period I found the complex quiet, and clean...lots of trees. The unit was a one-bedroom..724 sq. ft...with a dining area that we used as a 2nd sleeping area that worked well. It was a bottom unit and stayed a constant 78 degrees even in hot weather...so yeah, didn't need to use the A/C too much. There is a swimming pool that is clean, I just wish it were open year-round. Washer and dryers were in-unit. The parking areas could be upgraded.
