July 31, 2023Workmanship in townhomes is very poor and not luxury or close. Suggest anyone wanting to lease bring an inspector along so not surprised after move in with no one who cares and wants to help, only make excuses. Environment is like living in low rent district , never lived in one but have visited low rent areas when did government work. Rates go up and down since they had trouble leasing. Incentives are not offered to those who already live here. Tenants are only a number to Greystar, sad ...but true. Better living choices in this area to chose from.Property Manager Responded
