I scheduled an appointment and the person to show me the property never showed. I called multiple times and no one would answer the call, no one ever called me back to tell me they weren't coming. There is no leasing office at this site so you are just wandering the property looking for someone to show. I had to call another property owned by these people to get in touch with someone. She told me that she would have someone call me, but they didn't. When I talked to her again she said they told ...
her they showed and couldn't go back over there. Why didn't Kalen call me to tell me that?! The reason is its managed badly. Call me crazy, but that's a bad sign and there is no way I would consider a property managed this poorly.
