I'm a pretty quiet person and lived in other places in the city and never got that quiet that I needed. These apartments changed the way I see the city! It made the adjustment from living in the country to the city so much easier for me! Not being used to the bustle of the city, so my Roanoke was my safe, quiet place at the end of the day. This is by far the best community I ever lived in. The townhomes are fantastic and the staff is responsive to anything we need! I called in a work order and the next thing I know Rachel and Miranda were at my door within minutes to assess the problem! I have never experienced that before in a community. Normally you're lucky to get your work orders done in a timely fashion but here, YOU DON'T. They have an incredible maintenance man who puts the others I've seen to shame! On time every time, ...

Warwick is the best place I have ever found! I did so much searching around KC and am so glad I stumbled upon these townhomes. They are nicely renovated and have a BASEMENT!
