Great place to live
August 9, 2019I lived here and just recently moved out. I was so taken care of here! I actually can say I loved the experience! I'm a pretty quiet person and lived in other places in the city and never got that quiet that I needed. These apartments changed the way I see the city! It made the adjustment from living in the country to the city so much easier for me! Not being used to the bustle of the city, so my Roanoke was my safe, quiet place at the end of the day. It's not like any where else you lived. The ...office girls told me the buildings are recognized by the Historical Society of KC. I thought that was pretty neat. I had to move due to a family situation but if it weren't for that I may have never left!Property Manager Responded

WOW!!!!
August 9, 2019This is by far the best community I ever lived in. The townhomes are fantastic and the staff is responsive to anything we need! I called in a work order and the next thing I know Rachel and Miranda were at my door within minutes to assess the problem! I have never experienced that before in a community. Normally you're lucky to get your work orders done in a timely fashion but here, YOU DON'T. They have an incredible maintenance man who puts the others I've seen to shame! On time every time, ...fixes it correctly the first time, so nice not to have to call in the same issue over and over! I can't say enough about this place. It's in a beautiful neighborhood and just feels like home to me. Thank you to all the office staff for truly taking care of your residents!Property Manager Responded

Amazing people work here!
August 7, 2019We are so pleased with this community! We came and toured a few months ago! There was nothing in our timeframe but man I wish there was!!! The office was so friendly and knowledgable! They explaoned the entire process in terms we could understand. They really cared about what our needs were. They weren't just trying to push a sale! They wanted to make sure the townhome would fit OUR needs! The community raves about these ladies, we asked around to the neighbors. They said anything time they need ...anything, it is handled quickly and correctly. Besides the obviously awesome townhomes, the staff is fantastic!Property Manager Responded

June 20, 2019Warwick is the best place I have ever found! I did so much searching around KC and am so glad I stumbled upon these townhomes. They are nicely renovated and have a BASEMENT!
