Infested with roaches

However, the last three months have been incredible. Maintenance has improved, and the customer service is truly there. I’m always at work, so I can’t come in and meet them in person, but they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure they email or call me back whenever I have concerns. They’re always very prompt in answering maintenance requests. No matter when I call, they come. I remember one time they stayed one night really late until they finished fixing my AC.
