    Updated review: I had moved in about a year ago, and the consumer service was terrible. Maintenance requests were not handled effectively. However, the last three months have been incredible. Maintenance has improved, and the customer service is truly there. I’m always at work, so I can’t come in and meet them in person, but they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure they email or call me back whenever I have concerns. I want to take the opportunity to mention this improvement.

No matter when I call, they come. I remember one time they stayed one night really late until they finished fixing my AC.
