Building is Lipstick on a Pig

The apartment is nice, but you can tell they've definitely cut corners on certain finishes. There are three big complaints after having lived here for a year.
1. Elevator is constantly broken. For a building this new, the elevator shouldn't be breaking this often.
2. No rent payment portal. You can either wire the money or give them a paper check.
3. No real amenities. They have a rooftop area, but that's the only amenity.

We have lived here for a year, and have really enjoyed this property. The property managers and staff have been amazing. We love the rooftop bbq area. It’s a great spot to host friends. Top of the line appliances. We love watching the sunset from our balcony. The location is very convenient stores, restaurants, bars, gyms are all very close.

Washington Crossing is a brand-new building, beautiful and solidly constructed. I recently helped a family member who has a disability move into a 2-bedroom unit which is quiet and spacious, with lots of natural light and high-end appliances. The entire structure is totally wheelchair accessible. He commented to me that he appreciates "the modern styling, the ease of entering and exiting, and the large deck." upper deck is great. The owners and on-site manager have been so helpful and they have made the move-in process so easy. Great place!
