The apartment is nice and safe. It is a bit expensive for what you are getting. The place smells like cigarettes and the interior is outdated for the price it is listed at.

Getting approved and arranging the paperwork was easy and efficient. Staff is very polite and professional and get back to you quickly. Only complaints are that the electricity had not been activated and my water heater was not functional for the first 2 days, both problems were handled well, just some unwanted craziness for just moving in. Overall, clean, well-maintained apartments.

The Washington apartments are in a good location for food and are conveniently located near one of Grand Forks' busiest roads but it still remains quiet. My apartment was recently redone and is very cute. I love it.

I live in the Washington apartments. The apartment complex is a bit older. The laundry room is kinda gross. Besides that, you definitely get your money worth! Great place to live if youre trying to save money or in my case, this was my first apartment.
