This is the most peaceful, friendly, safest, comfortable place to live. Maintenance is also always on point. Most of the people who live here are older so they don’t bother anyone. I’m probably the youngest person in the building and I would live here forever if it was just more updated! My daughter does YouTube vlogs and I just like stainless steel appliances I don’t like the white appliances look especially for the price! I think for almost 1,500 appliances should most def be updated!! I think ...
if things were more updated this building would be on the top of the list.But now a days you could probably get stainless steel and a workout gym for the price. But I still love this place and will miss it if I decide to move for more updated appliances

Washington Square is more than everything we were looking for in a rental property. The argument for owning a home vs renting is completely answered by living at Washington Square. Our weekends have been wiped clean from chores around the house. We no longer have to paint, repair, mow the grass or weed the lawn. We feel safe when we come home and park inside and walk the grounds.

I've been at Washington Square for nearly 2 years and everyone is very friendly, helpful and nice. The maintenance team has grown to be very efficient. The office staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. The community is very Peaceful, and Pet friendly. When I've had a hard work week I turn on the gas fireplace or sit on my covered patio, allowing me to relax and rejuvenate. Great place for all ages.

Absolutely amazing experience. Chris was our leasing agent, and he could not be more helpful and courteous. As he was walking us around the property, he knew EVERY passing resident by name! These people really take the time to get to know every resident. They also keep their community clean and brand new. AMAZING experience, and I cannot wait to move in come August.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. The parking garage is an added bonus to the already great location. I love having an elevator - it makes hauling groceries and other items much easier. It is a quiet, friendly apartment building with lots of conveniences close by.
