Great Apartments, Great location
May 2, 2021I loved living here at Water View Terrace. Spacious apartment with new appliances. Elevators to move furniture. Plenty of parking. Management was extremely helpful with everything. I really did not have any issues living here. A/C worked great. Balcony was wonderful. All of the neighbors are very friendly. Pool was closed due to Covid but it has a great workout room and pool area. Laundry machines were always available. No issues at all! Wonderful place to live.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT LIVE HERE
April 10, 2018Management just doesn't care at all about residents. The only thing they care about is enticing new people to live here. A few months ago, we were told we had to move out because they want to remodel our apartment so that they can charge more for it. PLEASE do not live here - there are so many other options in the area for less money. The units are nice, but it just isn't worth the everyday hassle that is living in this place. There is constant construction, both in the units and on the ...grounds, so this means noise, and an abundance of strange men wandering the halls. I have come home more than once to find my apartment door unlocked, when I know I locked it. Every week, management sends an email reminding us that they have the authority to tow our cars if we don't follow the rules, at our expense, and that parking is not guaranteed. Our hallway always smells like marijuana. The building fire alarm goes off all the time for no reason. The water is shut off for whole days on a regular basis (they give plenty of notice, but that doesn't change the fact that THE WATER IS REGULARLY SHUT OFF). The air conditioning does not work, they know it does not work, and they continue to advertise that the apartments have AC. Management has no respect for our privacy or the fact that these are our homes. I seriously cannot wait to move out of this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Noisy, Always construction going on, management rude
April 21, 2017I hardly write bad review for anything, but i have to since people should know what they are getting into. I have been living in this community for around 3 years now, There has been somethings or other going on since then every day in terms of construction or update, Sometimes it's the pool or the parking lot or painting or restructuring the lot etc. So it's always noisy during those periods and you better be at office and not at home. Major problem is parking, seems like they have granted more ...parking permits than they have parking spaces. Recently a lot of cars are getting towed since when residents don't find any parking spaces, they have to park in some spots are not regarded as parking spots but are safe. Even residents cars are getting towed who have stickers, just be careful if you are coming late or have extra work at office and reach you community late. All parking spots are filled and then you have to find and park at some place. Chances are you car will get towed and you will have to pay a heft amount. Also, the management doesn't care much about the residents, just want to watch their own back. October 2, 2015Large well maintained units with enormous closet space. Fantastic lobbies with free gourmet coffee, health club, immaculate laundries, and magnificent swimming pool in the Summer.Also a pet friendly building with areas to walk your dogs. NICE LIVING
August 5, 2015I really like living in this Community. Its always clean, well maintained, great amenities, and the stuff is so nice specially Donna!! She is always helpful and happy! When I need help with maintenance, they take within 36 hours at the most to come and fix it. I just renew my contract since I was planning buying a home but in this tuff market I don't mind staying for few more months and wait until I find the home of my dreams.
