Waterwalk might just be the best place to call home on the whole island. It has an unbeatable location close to so many things. It is well-built, clean, quiet and has beautiful views of the marsh and parks. Not to mention professional and personable staff/management, and friendly neighbors. So far I love it here!

I have lived in Waterwalk for over a year and have loved every minute of it. From the very start with Rebekah making my transition to a new place answering all my questions and concerns to now enjoying my new surroundings that include beaches, parks, restaurants, and shops just a bike ride away! Also Rebekah and staff are always thinking of creative resident functions to bring us together making it easy to meet people. And I always feel safe which is priceless! Rent here you won’t regret it!
