The neighborhood offers a Market, Swimming Pool, Playground and local eateries, as well as the Bayview Branch Public Library and Local Public Schools. Great place to live in the bay!

My sister and I stay at Waterbend Apartments and it’s a really great place to live. The community is always quiet, and the apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Management is always available and super helpful whenever something is needed, which makes a big difference. Plus, there’s a market right next door, which is super convenient for grabbing groceries. I don’t plan on leaving here anytime soon.

I really enjoy living here. The management staff, maintenance staff, and cleaning staff all do their best to keep the place running efficiently and smoothly. They're very responsive to outreach and do a good job of communicating requests. They're all super kind and easy to talk too.
