    My sister and I stay at Waterbend Apartments and it’s a really great place to live. The community is always quiet, and the apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Management is always available and super helpful whenever something is needed, which makes a big difference. Plus, there’s a market right next door, which is super convenient for grabbing groceries. I don’t plan on leaving here anytime soon.

    The utilities in this building are expensive and you have to pay for services whether you want them or not they allow people to park in the garage who do not have a permit while everyone else has to pay the building is poorly managed if I could move I would

    I really enjoy living here. The management staff, maintenance staff, and cleaning staff all do their best to keep the place running efficiently and smoothly. They're very responsive to outreach and do a good job of communicating requests. They're all super kind and easy to talk too. I really enjoy living here and hope to be a resident for a long time to come.

    Waterbend apartments could be a great place to live, but the experience as a tenant of three years has been nothing short of terrible. Management takes weeks to respond to any needs, follow-through is nonexistent, and no one seems to accept accountability for the following challenges: you never receive your mail, facility requests are not completed, and the community is disruptive, filthy and unpredictably.
