Terrible management company

I’m new to the complex and they’ve towed my car from visitors twice . Mind you they give you one assigned spot per unit and they tell you to park your other vehicles in visitors. They towed my second car and I emailed Robyn she responded a week later when she had my car removed AGAIN hours before she responded. There’s a silver Jeep that’s been parked here for 3 months and other neighbors said it’s been parked there since before me and never once was towed away. When you email they don’t respond, ...
when you call they send you to voicemail and never respond. I even left a voicemail for the manager of the management company and no call back. It’s truly disgusting how things are ran at this complex.

A two bedroom recently became available and I moved in. Had a 1 bedroom at the same property for four years. Quite, beautiful community. Great value. Manager of the property is a very funny lady - nice management team.

A nice quiet 22 unit property in Goose Lake in the middle of a residential area. The building itself could use some more weekly upkeep. Basically clean but could use some extra TLC. Hard to get a maintenance issue resolved in a timely manner.
