2/3 ladies in the office are okay - no issues. One lady is rude enough for all three of them. Not friendly, not kind, attitude, mean tone in her voice. Not pleasant to work with. But the apartments are really nice.

Way over charge when you move out

The office staff are Great! very friendly , thoughtful and helpful people.. When you have considerate neighbors...it’s an awesome place to live..!!!. Beautiful common area ,clubhouse, and fountains by an awesome pool... But if you have inconsiderate loud neighbors... Horrible to live here...noises can be heard Very well if neighbors slam doors and cabinets although the cabinets and drawers are made for quiet closure but if you slam them they do slam loudly ..and your neighbors can hear it very ...
well...speaking from experience Probably Not enough parking spots for 1-2 cars per apartment ...and some apartments have 3 cars or more living in one apartment..if someone has a gathering to an apartment then the parking is quickly gone for residents living here and paying rent...again know from experience... Watch your step some people let dogs relive themselves wherever they stand even if on stair steps ....kills a lot of lawn areas too... With all that said Most of the neighbors here have been awesome..the type of neighbors will make all the difference in your comfort and relaxation living here...neighbors make a community and neighborhood... Good people equal good place to live..and inconsiderate neighbors not such a great neighborhood ...
