Welcome to the homes of Waterford Green. Our apartments, manor homes and townhomes are part of a rental community with a real feel of home. At Waterford Green, we provide a complete array of services and extras in beautiful natural surroundings. You'll find a place to call home, Located in South Saint Paul, our community consists of three distinctive groups of homes. The manor homes and townhomes are housed within two separate buildings. These two- and three-bedroom units feature attached garages, fireplaces, central air conditioning, washer/dryers and private entrances. The apartment homes comprise Waterford Green's third building. You can choose from among studio, one- and two-bedroom units, each with central air, large private balconies and washer/dryer hook-ups. The 98-unit building has a locked-entry system, elevator and heated underground parking garage. Each group of homes feature its own floor plans, allowing you the flexibility to express your individual style and preferences. The Waterford Green community also includes a clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, exercise and party room and barbecue picnic areas - all overlooking a picturesque nature area and private pond. Peaceful and Comfortable

Clean, safe, and a good value
August 5, 2015The good - price is great, safe area, friendly management, any issues within apartment are taken care of quickly. Building is kept generally clean. Could use some help - There is permit parking, but sometimes is tough for guests. Walls are thin, you will hear what's going on next to you and above you (if you don't live on the top floor), and your neighbors will also hear you. All in all I would recommend this complex, for me, the good outweighs the bad, when I consider what I'm getting ...against what I'm paying in rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Highly Recommend Waterford Green!
February 12, 2014I live in the apartment building. While I do understand the review below (talking about the smoking), I would encourage them to come back and check it out again. There are very few times that I actually smell anything in the hallways (although I would love it if they made the whole complex non-smoking!) My apartment is beautiful, great layout, great view - very safe & secure, common areas look nice and are always clean - office staff is always helpful and available, maintenance staff is prompt ...and top-notch.
