June 15, 2022Place is quiet, safe and customer service is very friendly, fast and very professional. The only downfall is that the rent keeps rising even though this is a place for families with low income but other than that I have no complaints of this place highly recommend itProperty Manager Responded

Waterford Pointe Apartments
February 23, 2017This is a horrible complex. They have their phone number on the website for nothing. Its not like they answer their phone anyways. I even went in and tried to see the apartments they have available and they told me to call and schedule an apointment for a viewing. They dont do walk-in's. Now please tell me, how in the world is that possible when no one answer's the dang phone. Like its not hard, all you have to do is raise the phone and say hello!!Review from Apartments.com
