Not worth the money
July 10, 2023
While the building and units are very nice, generally clean and modern, I cannot recommend living here due to the events in the past year. Multiple car break-ins / vandalism, human waste on the property, backed up sewage drainage and local youth causing trouble. It's not reasonable or fair to expect the property management to control or prevent these things from happening, but the cost of rent is way too high, and the response leaves a lot to be desired.

Wonderful place to live

The office manager/landlord is so sweet here. Communication is very good with help if needed a phone call away. We have nice quiet neighbors, and the apartment itself is adorable with exposed brick and high ceilings. Each unit has a washer and dryer too which is a big commodity these days. Yes, you can hear the occasional muffled conversation but it’s worth feeling safe and secure here. My kitty cat loves it too!
