    WSC is in a great location, a bus to the UofA campus stops in front of leasing, walkable distance to several stores, close to medical facilities, with lots of green space to not feel cramped in by the city. Staff very personable and help in all ways possible; fast maintenance service, and grounds kept clean.

    The Watermark at Steele Crossing is conveniently located near lots of large employers, University of Arkansas Campus, and many essential shops. The community is beautiful with a great balance of social activities and privacy. The office team is great and Jeris is a wonderful asset always resolving any issues in a timely fashion. I thoroughly enjoy living here and my pets do as well. I 10/10 recommend that anyone looking for a great place in the area stop by and see Jeris in the main office.

    We have lived here for over a year now. First time living in an apartment in over 30 years of home ownership. We absolutely love living here. The apartments are amazing in every aspect. But the biggest advantage is the apartment staff. They are so caring, personable and truly care about their residents. We recently had an issue with our building (which was an act of nature) the only thing the staff here cared about was our comfort and well being. They went way beyond their call of duty to see ...
