    I cannot recommend this place anymore — my recent experience with the leasing office and the regional manager has been extremely negative. We, with our infant, visited the Waterstone at Cinco Ranch regarding lost documents and our lease. We were met with rudeness, incompetence, raised voices, demands to leave office and threats police. My infant and I were really scared. I also received several phone calls from hidden numbers with threatening language, false accusations and hints of possible ...
    eviction, which made me concerned about potential retaliation. And now I feel unsafe in the place I called home. We have lived here nearly two years, always paid rent on time, and treated neighbors and staff respectfully - everything was good. But after such communication, I feel intimidated and humiliated. We were happy to recommend this complex to our friends before, but after this experience, I don't think it should be considered a safe and comfortable place.

    Unfortunately, since the property manager changed, the office has become unresponsive, rude, and highly inefficient. Do not move here. the staff will give you the runaround instead of providing real solutions. There are tons of mice outside, and although the maintenance team is friendly, they do nothing to address the issue. Inside the apartments, roaches are a serious problem. Pest control is never scheduled, and the office always comes up with excuses for why they can’t send anyone out. This ...

    This community is the best because it has the best customer service around. Starting with the office staff, Gabbie, Shauna, and the maintenance team. I’ve lived here for 7 years and I left for because of financial reasons however after you experienced the best customer service here is difficult to settle down with another community.   • Best-managed apartments, nicest neighbors

    I moved here from Chicago in May 2020, at height of Covid - sight unseen except for video walk-thru & phone calls. Management was excellent then & remains so now - thorough & on top of everything, they truly care about their residents, our safety, & the care & maintenance of our community here. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly & efficiently, and everyone is friendly & polite. A wonderful community to call home!!

  • Great place you can call home

    I moved here at Waterstone in March 2024 and the staff was great since day 1. I signed my lease and moved in hassle-free. maintenance is responding within 30 mins of submitting a maintenance request. I had an issue with my AC, they changed some parts and got it fixed in no time. overall experience is great and I would definitely recommend it.
