If you have 2 dogs they must each weight 50lbs or less and the monthly pet rent is $75 per month. There is a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300 that will be owed upon move-in. Must be able to provide current vet records at time of application.

I tried to schedule a tour for an apartment, they confirmed my day and time via email and text. I drove 30 minutes and showed up early and there was no one there. Until 30 minutes later someone showed up and then refused to do the tour. If they’re going to schedule tours, their staff should prioritize taking a small amount of time to do a tour.
There was also dog poop in the middle of the lobby and was a little sketchy as anyone can go in and out of the front doors. Such a waste of time.
