Cockroaches: even though you try hard to control cockroaches, they will come from the other apartments because of old buildings and very poor cabinets. The cabinets have lots of little and big gaps between them and walls. 3. Poor laundry service. Machines are old and almost every month happens that I put my quarters and the washers or driers don't work. The worst part is when the washer gives up in the middle of washing and you don't know what to do with your very wet and dirty clothes. 4. Thief people: They get inside the complex and steal shoes and anything they can get. Once they broke several garages doors and steal from tenants. Even at day time they try to steal from the garages. 5. Very noisy plastic Speed Bumpers: They have broken plastic bumpers all around the complex. When cars pass them, it causes a very unpleasant noise. Specially, at morning time that many people go to work, and late-night time. At the end I want to mention, the manager is a nice lady and I like her. All my complains goes to the Landlord. I don't know what kind of illusion makes them to increase the rent price $100 every year for this very regular complex.
