the south side of Springfield. It is only about 5-10 minutes from Cox Hospital and 15 minutes to Mercy Hospital. This makes it great for professionals that work at either of these providers. Neighbors - My experience has been positive with other tenants. I have had a few different neighbors, and all have been good. The complex is quiet, and all residents living here are very nice. Office Staff - The office staff here are excellent. Caitlin is wonderful. All are very accommodating and helpful. Maintenance - This is a below average part of the experience. Major repairs are done quickly, no problems there. Minor issues can be a hassle to get repaired, i.e. replacing light bulbs in common areas and breezeways. Also, getting trash left by others picked up can be hard sometimes. Apartment - The apartments are nice with newer appliances and good layouts. The only utility bill you will have is electricity. I live in a one bedroom, and my bill is ranges from $40 to $50 per month, even during very hot or super cold times of the years. The apartments also have a full size laundry room in each apartment. This is such a great bonus! Fitness Room / Pool / Clubhouse - The fitness room is average. It has 2 treadmills, 2 elliptical machines, free weights, and a stack weight machine. The equipment is fine. The cleaning of this area is below average. It is not cleaned regularly. The pool and clubhouse are very nice. The pool has a waterfall and there are plenty of chairs provided on the pool deck. The one drawback is that the pool is NOT heated during the winter as advertised. The pool area is generally open a month before Memorial Day to a month after Labor Day. The hot tub could be hotter, but is nice. The clubhouse has a pool table, TV, tanning bed, and lots of comfy chairs for relaxing. It also has a good selection of DVD's that can be used for free for residents. I hope this has given you searchers a better idea of Weaver Creek!
