Luxury?!
April 2, 2025It's a nice place, but not luxury. The new higher rents might lead you to expect more that you will find. No carpeting is nice for wheelchairs, but means more noise. Shared laundry. It used to be nice for renters of limited means, but many of them had to move out this year after the complex was sold.Review from Apartments.com
Not what I was expecting
September 9, 2024The gym is just a room with old “workout” equipment that has been donated years ago. There is not a clubhouse, not all apartments have ice makers. There is a pond, but the only place to sit is on the patio. Interior of apartments are all painted the same color, including the ceilings. The only activities are the ones that the residents initiate. Currently we only have bingo twice a month and a potluck once a month. The hallways are always dirty as well as the laundry rooms. The cost of doing ...laundry is $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry. This place truly needs updating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
