  • Very Noisy and Not private complex

    May 22, 2018
    Since new ownership for a year it became Very noisy cause they made open to public patios kids run around in your balconies and steal your stuff, they removed playground now kids have nowhere to play except running in your balcony area dog poop everywhere noone cleans after thier dogs..they say its smoke free its not everyone smokes 24/7 and smell gets into your windows and doors..rent went high they charge same price for old units and remodeled units...New manager is disrespectful woman ...
    everytime is speak to her...wont recommend this place to noone..Used to be private and way better place with old owner.

  • Too many issues.

    February 22, 2018
    Constant noise, loud music, neighbors always fighting, trashy people drinking and fighting outside, tweakers working on trucks and revving engines at all hours, cops show up at least once a week, garbage everywhere, complaining to the manager does not help, kids dent and scratch cars even though it says in the lease they are not permitted to play in the parking lot. The maintenance staff has this place last on it's priority list, no parking because residents have more cars than the 2 car limit, ...
    dog poop everywhere even on the sidewalks. The most run down parts of Sacramento California in the 90s we're better than this place

  • Upgraded but problem tenants still remain

    Since the new ownership, the property has seen significant investment. New sidewalks, slurried parking lots, new windows, siding and fresh paint giving it more curb appeal. However, some of the old problem tenants still remain. Parents that let their kids run amuck, those that have kids that yell and scream arguments for the whole neighborhood to hear with profanity the children play around, constant marijuana use and display of firearms among the young adults. You can slap lipstick on a ...
    pig but it's still just a fat pig.
