I've been living here for one year. I feel the apartments and property are well kept. My apartment is huge in comparison to most other complexes for the same price or more. I have forced air heat which was very efficient this last winter. This complex is small enough that I recognize my neighbors, flowers have bloomed, there's lots of trees, birds and squirrels, and the staff is friendly. I really, truly love it here.

Lived here, then I finally left and bought a house. If you have options, take them and never move here. Bad news all around from the property management company to the onsite manager/s; their only concern is to collect rent or a paycheck. You'll soon realize that there is NO enforcement on parking, noise, sub leasing, theft, etc. Advice: you are being paid to keep your place drug free, sublease free and enforce parking rules. Try taking care of the concerns of the renters.

I love living at Wellington estates. The living space is very big for an apartment complex. They allow animals and the manager is super nice. Not much parking is the only downer.
