November 27, 2025Overall great as usual. No complaints. It's been two and half years of living at Wellington Place. I have given a 5/5 in my previous reviews and it continues to be that way. Apartments are great, location is amazing. The staff are amazing. The new additions to pool area in summer 2025 have been nice. Thanks for the TV remote in the BBQ area. One minor thing: I used to like the previous tables that was replaced in the BBQ area since it had an umbrella. June 20, 2025Overall Wellington Place continues to be great. John and Casey are amazing at the office. Ryan and others do a great job with the maintenance. I like the new shade and furniture at the pool and the additions to the gym. One nitpick: it would be great to have a weight scale in the gym. And I prefer the previous tables, like the one that is there by the gate, at the BBQ area with the shade compared to the high chairs now.Property Manager Responded
