June 20, 2025Overall Wellington Place continues to be great. John and Casey are amazing at the office. Ryan and others do a great job with the maintenance. I like the new shade and furniture at the pool and the additions to the gym. One nitpick: it would be great to have a weight scale in the gym. And I prefer the previous tables, like the one that is there by the gate, at the BBQ area with the shade compared to the high chairs now.Review from Apartments.com

April 27, 2025So far its been good, the office staff is very pleasant and helpful. I cut one star for just one reason- the apartment doors have only one lock, a deadbolt or security chain guard wood be helpful.Property Manager Responded
