Paper thin walls and roaches
December 30, 2020You should not move here under and circumstances unless you want to be waken up all night by crying babies you can hear all the way down the hallways because the walls are so thin. Also, have had a continuous roach problem for months and they won’t allow a lease break when they can’t seem to solve the issue. Another tenant is also pregnant so there will be even more crying babies. Also the hallways smell disgusting and the manager is creepyReview from Apartments.com
Great location, but not worth it for the terrible management
July 13, 2018I've lived in this building for three years, and the management is truly terrible. The pipes are old, and our first floor apartment fully flooded. In order to fix the pipes, they opened drywall with significant mold and took out our bathroom sink. Instead of helping us find a hotel for the weekend until they could get someone to fix the problem on Monday, we were told to sleep in the dirty apartment and brush our teeth in the kitchen. I don't think it's a coincidence that I also live in a ...rent-controlled unit that hasn't been upgraded yet.Property Manager Responded
December 8, 2020The management at this building strives on serving our tenants and ensuring every situation is handled with care. instead of neglecting the repair, management made every effort to fix the leak in a timely fashion. When applicable, management would relocate tenants to a hotel. In the units that have been remolded there are all new copper pipes and plumbing fixtures.
