We LOVE living at West Lake! It's a bit older, which gives it a homey lived I feel. It's well maintained and the office staff are awesome! The maintenance staff are super easy to work with, very friendly, seem knowledgeable about their particular trade, and are quick with repairs. We truly love living here!!

Overall my experience at Westlake has been not great. The Lakecrest office never answers their phone and I had an incident where I was given an infraction for something I had nothing to do with. They gave it to me without even talking to me about the issue. It eventually came off my record but it was a lot of unnecessary time wasted and stress I did not need. I do like my apartment and the area I live in but often my maintenance requests have to be taken down by the Goldmark general call center ...
and they don’t have answers for me.

Parkside is a great building to live in in my opinion. I feel safe, the building is very quiet and clean. And the rent is a very good price for how nice the apartment is. Every neighbor I've met is very nice. I fell this past winter, and three different neighbors from both the buildings came outside while I waited for an ambulance and covered me in blankets, held my hand all while it was 20 below. And that's the kind of people that I like to live around.

It was clean and quiet and peaceful when I moved in over a year ago. Now it’s dirty and loud and there are always random people ringing buzzers at random hours of the night. Also a lot of stolen packages.
