no maintenance
February 1, 2021I had called 3 times for a leak, for the kitchen cabinets need to be replace, the kitchen floor is coming off, as well as the bathroom. my dad lives here for over 10 years and the maintenance declined. He is over 70 and I am waiting for the lease to be over to move somewhere else. No one has showed up for this repairs. is a shame!Review from Apartments.com

December 27, 2019The grounds and parking lots are always tidy & clean. There is no hanging out or kids running around which is great! But the maintenance staff is lazy & incompetent! They never truly fix the issues they just rig or patch the issue up which in turn causes them to come in your home 3/4/5 times or more never fixing the problems at hand and never offer to replace the appliance or thing that is malfunctioning!!! They lie and say they fixed the issue as well. Also the power goes out at least once or ...twice a week for hours!!! This last time my power was out for 5 hours!!!!! Then the lying maintenance man comes to door saying power has been back on since the morning which was a lie I called at 1:30 and was told it would be back on in 15-20 minutes which was 2 hours before the lying maintenance man came to door.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 12, 2015Awesome location 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando an for those going to School 10 from Valencia College, Shopping centers,an less than 10 minutes away from Wal-Mart. For those that have a great taste for food 8 great different restaurants to start your day off with or end your evening with a wonderful dinner right with-in walking distances . For the kids a short drive to Universal City and the world renowned Disney World, and for the adults that like the night life International Drive food, ...entertainment many places to go and magnificent things to do, all right at your fingertips.
