I didn’t mind the neighbors or how loud they were (once complained about loud music at very late hours and was told “i hope it’s at least good music!”) , even bared the multiple trips it took to bring groceries upstairs. However, the landlord (not the front desk lady) is incredibly unfair. Thankfully I moved out recently but spent DAYS scrubbing down every inch of the apartment (and the duct taped fridge they provided me!) to the point it was cleaner than how it was when we received it! Although this is just a pretty standard apartment building, it was cheaper than anything in the area. In addition to this, it was pretty spacious as well. Overall, I am pretty pleased.

I have been living in this apartment complex for 2+ years. The staff and office personnel are awesome and Long time neighbors care about their space and each other. I have lived in other apartments here in Erie and in NYC. This has been the best I plan on being a long timer tenant as others have. Their are many extras others don’t have, laundry on each floor, rubbish shut, storage, off street parking, security and on bus line, close to wegman’s day Walmart.
